Adding another luxury hotel to their collection, Nobu Hotels has recently opened this five star resort in Ibiza. Located on the white sandy Talamanca beach, the 152 room hotel is arranged around the properties two swimming pools and restaurant terraces. Every detail has been designed with the guests comfort in mind; from the six senses spa to the yoga pavilion and beach cabanas. Expect Japanese fusion cuisine, freshly caught seafood and an extensive drinks menu.
Following on from a hugely successful Soho restaurant, Temper has come to The City. This time they’re focusing on gin, New World wines and curries cooked on their open fire pit, so expect the likes of mutton rolls, Laksa lamb belly , nd meatball marrow masala to whet the appetite. The restaurant is set up by barbecue expert Neil Rankin, the previous head chef at Pitt Cue and the man behind Smokehouse, so expect a culinary treat. There will be a mezzanine available for semi-private hire and an indoor bar and courtyard available for pre-dinner drinks.
The Hoxton brand is soon to be launching in the eclectic and vibrant neighbourhood of Williamsburg. With four room categories to choose from, this 175 room hotel will draw influence from its local surroundings. They will have a meeting and events space called The Apartment, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar with views of the Manhattan skyline.
