York Racecourse, England
Britain’s third biggest racecourse often wins the title of track of the year and has an extensive range of suites and space for corporate events and hospitality. 1400 diners can be catered for across the venue with local produce from Yorkshire and conferences, exhibitions and launches for 650 can be held in a variety of meeting space. The racecourse additionally has over 2000 sqm of show space and 2
000 free parking spaces for guests.
Known as the ‘Green Hell’, Germany’s most famous race track is one of the scariest in the world, bending through forests and blind hills for 13 miles. Once home to Formula One, Nürburgring now sees events such as the ADAC Truck Grand Prix, international festivals and vintage racing. VIP hospitality and driving experiences are available for groups as well as presentations in the pit lane, receptions in the business lounge and large scale events in the Ring Arena – the venue’s biggest space with capacity for 5000.
Circuit de Spa Francorchamps, Belgium
The scenery, turns and elevation makes this Belgian racecourse a favourite for F1 drivers but its venues and team building activities are additionally a top choice for corporates. Segways, 4×4 off-road, PIT stop competitions and helicopter tours are just some of what’s offered in addition to 24 meeting rooms for up to a several thousand guests.
Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne
Notable for hosting the Melbourne Cup Carnival, the Flemington Racecourse is the most famous horse racing venue in Australia with city views and an enviable location. Dedicated event space is spread across two connected grandstands with capacities of 1000 for a gala dinner, 2500 for cocktail receptions and 1300 for conferences. The outdoor space has been used for a variety of festivals, runs and launches holding up to 60,000 under the Aussie sun.
Ascot Racecourse, England
Home to England’s leading horseracing events, Ascot Racecourse is a prestigious venue known for its links with the Royal Family who visit each year. With over 300 meeting rooms and 179 acres of parkland, guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to private hire, particularly for large events. Whether it be a conference of 1100, gala dinner for 3500 or summer party of 500, Ascot fits the bill.
Churchill Downs, Kentucky
Home to perhaps the most attended sporting event in the United States, Churchill Downs is a world famous venue but also one of the most beautiful. Traditional and elegant spaces offer a historical backdrop for gala dinner, receptions and parties for up to 2000 guests including the open air paddock, four-tier clubhouse and luxurious Stakes Rooms.
Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi
The list of the world’s best wouldn’t be complete without Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi’s home to the Grand Prix. Recognisable for its onsite 5 star hotel (the first built on an F1 track), the state-of-the-art space is built for events. 11 venues provide endless possibilities from meetings for 1200 in the purpose-built conference centre to gala dinners under the stars to cocktails for 160 from the panoram

The home of the British Grand Prix has seen many legends race its circuits including Lewis Hamilton, Michael Schumacher and Jim Clark. As well as being able to ride the tracks in various driving experiences, guests can be hosted in a variety of flexible event space including the British Racing Driver’s Club and Silverstone Wing for up to 1200.
ParisLongchamp Racecourse, France
On the banks of the Seine River, the ParisLongchamp is a 57 hectare horse racing venue more famously known for hosting the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. 20 different spaces including panoramic lounges, stables and a conservatory are available for hire for groups in the 1000s.
Meydan Racecourse, Dubai
The relatively recently built Meyden Racecourse is a must for the luxurious kind, featuring a mile long grandstand, the longest man-made structure on the planet. However the most fabulous feature is at the onsite 5* hotel where guests can swim up to the track from their rooftop infinity pool. The Meydan Hotel itself has a huge variety of meeting space including 71 breakout rooms, 7 restaurants and various outdoor areas. These are complimented by the racecourse’s 3 venues which include a 360 degree view terrace.
Spain’s cutting-edge race track has a variety of event space best suited to mid-scale events with a maximum capacity of 820. Various rooms are right in the action of the races including the Pit Garages which are often used for team building activities. Our favourite is the Control Tower which offers unmatched views, a VIP Room and the Race Control Room holding up to 300 guests.
Saratoga Race Track, New York
One of America’s oldest major sporting venues, Saratoga Race Track has welcomed thousands of people for over 150 years. A variety of hospitality areas are available for groups of 28-650 including festival tents, luxury suites and the Victorian Grandstand.
