Come rain or shine, Londoners don’t shy away from celebrating summer and 2018 is looking to be a corker of beach themed pop ups and rooftops, each with alfresco space for summer parties and exclusive events…
Open 15th June – 16th July
The newest feature on the summer calendar for 2018 is London City Beach, a month long pop up along Brick Lane. As well as silent discos, games and movies, the venue will be available for corporate events during the week with capacity for up to 1,500. Expect stripy deckchairs, beach shacks and plenty of sand…
Opens 3rd May
Back for another season, Neverland London presents Fulham Beach Club. Bottomless brunch, beach yoga and resident DJs are just some of what’s on during their summer programme, all taking place among the daybeds, cabanas and private space for up to 40. The entire venue can host almost 500 guests exclusively.

Returning for a second year, Pergola Paddington will be opening their 850-seater alfresco pop up packed with frozen margaritas, a new line up of street food and of course top summer tunes. There’s also a rumour for a new pergola… we’re staying tuned.

Each year the Magic Roundabout brings a new colourful theme for summer and 2018 is no disappointment. For their last every summer on Old Street Roundabout, the 550 capacity space will transform into an Urban Jungle, with a waterfall, naturally.

Expect craft beers, gourmet street food and a line-up of events at Pitch, Stratford’s outdoor bar just minutes from the station. A 196-inch HD screen also shows classic movies and streams the World Cup. The 25-capacity venue can be hired exclusively or private booths can accommodate up to 60. To bounce before you booze, Pitch’s sister venue ZAPSpace Trampoline Park across the road can host a range of parties.

Jet from London to the Bahamas through the doors of the Montague Hotel where an award-winning Beach Bar awaits. Thatched huts, palm trees and of course a beautiful beach are the backdrop for BBQs and coconut cocktails. The venue is an award-winning summer party space for up to 200 guests with a suite available for after party dancing.

Back for summer, Roof East and Social Fun & Games Club are bringing an adventure playground to Stratford with lawn bowls, crazy golf, an all American batting cage and beach BBQ club. As well as a 90s themed bar, Rooftop Film Club will be bringing their deck chairs for a season of summer movies. The entire venue is available for 120 guests.

Summer brings skyline games to Tobacco Dock’s year round rooftop, this year starting with croquet and pétanque as well as live streaming of the World Cup and Wimbledon across three floors of bars and street food.

The 54 seater restaurant is a Thames side dining experience, serving up a 6 course interactive menu and rooftop cocktails. The rooftop space can be hired exclusively for private meals or events including make your own gin or a BBQ Masterchef competition.
From the people behind Pergola On The Roof comes The Prince, a renovated pub in Earl’s Court. 4 buildings now host 3 bars, 4 restaurants and a beautiful English garden, with a trademark pergola to protect from the rain of course. Expect Patty & Bun burgers, Thai Begging Bowls and vodka fried chick from Coqfighter. The venue can host groups of 50 or more.

Every summer we await the Queen of Hoxton’s latest creation and we think this season might just be our favourite… welcome to Lost Vegas, a futuristic twist on Sin City with three floors of fun. Expect overgrown Wedding Chapels, an abandoned school bus and strangely stocked slot machines with everything from boozy ice pops to canned cocktails. The venue is available for hire Sunday to Monday for up to 500.
