Meet our fabulous Employee Engagement Team! Launched at the start of the year, these six superstars came together to represent the Banks Sadler, American Express Meetings & Events and HRG employees. The team will be a continual go-to, ensuring our company remains a great place to be, work and grow. The team kicked off with a UK-wide roadshow, getting to know each of our employees face-to-face over a donut, cheeseboard and personalised notebook, whilst sharing and listening to ideas and initiatives.
Their strategy aims to cover five key areas of the business; recognition, progression, communication, values and employee wellbeing, with plans including a brand new recognition platform, improved company communications and stress management initiative. An exciting year lies ahead!
