Boasting a variety of areas on their rooftop terrace overlooking St Paul’s, this is a perfect place to host a private drinks reception. Whether it is a Christmas or summer occasion, the terrace is open all year round as it is transformed with umbrellas and heaters in the colder months. Whilst most bars with a view also come with a price, the value here is very reasonable. This venue is definitely worth a cocktail visit.
Mr Fogg’s Gin Parlour, WC2: For the Party
A quirky Victorian tavern floor with a gin-fuelled parlour that can be found above creates a fun and unusual space over at Mr Fogg’s. The stand-out presentations are Instagram worthy; do not be surprised if you find a pair of sunglasses hanging out of your drink. Cocktail masterclass packages are available, which can be a fun evening activity for groups after more than just a reception. The graffiti walled venue can also be hired exclusively.
The Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town, E1: For the location

This smaller venue offers private hire; and with its novel location, it is sure to surprise the guests and create a fun element to the evening. The menu features original and unique cocktails – don’t forget to ask to ‘see the mayor’ on the door.
