We’re always on the lookout for top talent
We’re pretty big on company culture here at Banks Sadler, and like to pride ourselves on being a vibrant and friendly company to work for. We are always growing, and always looking for creative, passionate and talented people. So if you’re looking for your next step then we’d be delighted to hear from you.
Looking after our employees is paramount to us, so we have an Employee Engagement Team whose job it is to make sure our hard work is balanced with rewards and recognition.
Every week we shut up shop and enjoy a few drinks locally, or join the anticipated Banks Sadler Pub Quiz and Musical Bingo night hosted by our very own Charity Committee.
We also throw summer and Christmas parties, get a birthday bunk off and enjoy our Social Team’s array of events from Bake Offs to pumpkin carving.
Once a month we come to work in our comfies for Wellness Day where we learn all about staying mindful and healthy. We also enjoy weekly yoga, a run club and summer sports day.
Our culture hasn’t gone unnoticed either, as we’re proud to have been recognised by Great Place to Work and received the Gold Investors in People accreditation.
