With our own in-house ticketing department, we can manage all types of travel requirements and provide a true 'start to finish' solution.
We may not be the largest provider on the block, but what we do offer is a very high-touch, boutique and dedicated service to our clients. Having said that we arrange and move 50-60 groups (around 15,000 people) around the world each month!
Because 'events' is a huge part of our DNA, we also understand the particular challenges associated with them, and the need to deal with high volumes, often within very short lead times. All of this can be consolidated into your event spend, meaning you only need to pay one supplier.
We take time to understand our clients and look to develop long standing working partnerships with them. We recognise that travel policies, billing requirements, duty of care and appropriate communications are the key to a successful operation.
