Vifor gathered their employees for an annually recurring sales conference including their 10 year anniversary celebration. Banks Sadler supported 180 people being immersed into a full festival experience in Portugal.
At a stunning location, with a festival set up, and a street-food market, employees were given a creative environment in which they could learn and network. The agenda across the five days included a festival market with creatively themed stands designed to move away from the previous ‘dry’ breakout sessions, an awards dinner and a closing party.
Banks Sadler’s event app GoEngage was used, enabling employees to register for the event, view the agenda, engage with a social photo wall, plus gamification elements. The event was an excellent example of our venue solutions, travel management, logistics, event technology and production teams working together.
