We were asked to create and deliver a two day event for 150 people within budget, managing the meeting, team building activities, transfers, accommodation and dinner for SIEE’s marketing conference. The main objective was to think outside the box, be creative and showcase our capabilities in delivering exceptional events.
Understanding SIEE business is young and dynamic we felt Butlins, Bognor Regis, was the perfect location to bring the department together to present their new marketing strategy, as the venue could offer every element of the event requirements. We managed the transfer of 150 delegates by coach from London to Bognor Regis, where they were whisked into a conference set up for the morning. We wanted to incorporate a selection of fun and energising team building activities within the conference programme, motivating the department and creating synergy between the different teams, so the afternoon was filled with a range of team building activities, from archery to dodgems to rock climbing.
To finish off the energetic day, a drinks reception and gala dinner were organised with a three course menu, and prize giving for the earlier team-buildling activities. The night was rounded off with a DJ and disco. The following day, delegates were transferred back to London with a variety of packed lunches.
