The L’Oréal Professional Products Division (LPPD) wanted to bring together 350 of their employees to discuss their vision, goals and product launches for the forthcoming year. With a particular focus around collaboration and teamwork, the client wanted the event to inspire and excite attendees for the upcoming year to help achieve stronger divisional results and to ensure all brands work together and collaborate as one. With a warm destination required, the Sheraton Parco de’Medici Hotel in Rome was chosen. Throughout the three day event a variety of plenary sessions and team activities were organised to immerse the delegates in the upcoming vision and encourage cross brand collaboration, including daily transfers to Rome city centre to give delegates relaxation time and a chance to enjoy their location.
An impressive Gala Dinner was arranged at the spectacular Villa Miani, located above Rome with panoramic views. Guests were treated to a sit down dinner under the stars, with the evening rounded off with a DJ.
