We were appointed to help deliver an immersive dealership training event for 600 delegates around the new Hyundai Tucson.
The requirement was to bring to life “a bold experience of style, technology and driving”.

Our solution was to build a one day experience to train and engage 200 delegates per day. Each one consisted of a custom built 360 degree training space with three distinct areas as well as two drive exercises.
For the main plenary, we designed a custom built hexagon set/stage with reveal to meet the main presentation needs and to officially ‘launch’ the products. In the more immersive sessions, we designed and delivered an Augmented Reality experience, customer profiling, Lego profile builds, as well as Hyundai and competitor dynamic drives to really bring the content to life.
We developed an interactive event app across multiple smartphone and tablet platforms. This enabled delegates to find out information on all aspects of the day; from personalised agendas and information in delegates’ own languages, to more general information on the venue, and timings.
