Banks Sadler welcomes 30 global hotel groups at recent StarCite Implementation forum

Banks Sadler attracted over 30 national contacts from some of the worlds largest hotel groups at their recent StarCite forum in London. The event, held at Marriott County Hall Westminster on 2nd Feb 2012, was organised by the global event management agency in collaboration with StarCite, supported by key client contacts within the pharmaceutical and IT sectors.

Banks Sadler currently supports the majority of their clients through their own IT solution dataBANKS, however over the last 18 months a number of clients have adopted StarCite technology to support their SMMP. Banks Sadler have been on hand to support them throughout this process as well as helping with roll out and implementation. The forum addressed the challenges of driving a global implementation programme as well as tips for suppliers on how to engage with online RFP's/ RFI's in addition to managing compliance.

Q&A topics were collated pre-event and panellists included senior event professionals from GSK, IBM plus another leading technology company. The CEO and Account Directors responsible for leading Banks Sadler's SMMP implementation teams, as well as software provider StarCite, were also on hand to answer questions from attendees.
