Banks Sadler expand business development team with two new hires

Banks Sadler today announced two new hires which broaden its business development team. Mark Searle, who previously worked for Banks Sadler before moving on to both Universal and Zibrant, will support the existing sales team in the UK and will be based out of the London Head Office while Jonathan Findlay joins the French team. Jonathan previously worked for Banks Sadler as the Country Director France and returns in a sales role to support the Paris team and accelerate development of the international account base.

These appointments within our global team underscore our commitment to further expanding our market coverage and supporting our client base."

This strategic development comes shortly after the promotion of both Karen Rice, Operations Director and Julie Norburn, Group Sales Director to the company board. In recent months new sales roles have also been created in both the French and German offices for Christine Estrabeau, Country Director France as well as Maren Koncet, Sales Manager Dusseldorf.
