The jewel in our crown is dataBANKS® — our bespoke database of global venue and supplier information, containing a staggering 85,000+ records.

dataBANKS® is an amazingly responsive and versatile system and is quite literally the lifeblood of our product offering.

The management information capabilities let us report on even the smallest detail of the booking process, as long as it's held in our database, we can extract it.

We have 238 styles of reports and the ability to add new fields gives you the flexibility to tailor the reporting process to your needs.

If you like crunching numbers, we can send the info in numerical format, or if you prefer, there are graphic and pictorial options as well.

Standard reports we provide include:

• Cost savings analysis
• Total spend analysis
• Cashflow and forecasting
• Feedback analysis

Each of these reports can be broken down by a variety of criteria, examples of these include:

• Dates (e.g. week, month or year)
• Supplier (e.g. per venue, per hotel chain or event location)
• Requestor (e.g. by individual requestor, business unit or location)
