Banks Sadler is preferred venue finding supplier across Europe which includes all internal training, client hospitality and conferences. We won this pitch on the strength of our proposal to cover full event management for their Annual Sales Conference.
This was the first year with a new General Manager for France (the company's head office) so there were important changes to communicate effectively.
We were benchmarked against the supplier from the previous year on both cost and creative solution, and supplied all logistics, travel and accommodation as well as event management. We built a dedicated microsite to handle all pre-event communications and make the process seamless.
After researching 70 venues for the evening dinner, the Theatre du Merveilleux was selected for its unique and creative environment where visitors interact with the environment, vintage attractions and artists.
