E willsadler@banks-sadler.comWill is one of the founding directors of Banks Sadler and currently acts as a board member and non executive director to the company.
He graduated in Business Studies from Bournemouth College in 1975 and worked in logistics and incoming tour operation for the Japenese market prior to forming Banks Sadler in 1982.
Over the years he has held various roles at Banks Sadler including operations, marketing, HR and finance. He was also responsible for the development of two of the Banks Sadler Group's past subsidiaries operating in the fields of inbound tourism from the US and educational events/travel. (Sold from the group in 2001 and 2008 respectively).
Will is also currently a non executive director of a ski tour operator and a Solent based sail training company.
